Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Goose MFG manufactures custom digital goods, software, and allocates dedicated engineering time to your projects, our refund policy reflects the irreversible nature of development work.

1. Custom Web & Software Development (Milestone Projects)

• Deposits: All project deposits (typically required to schedule development time) are non-refundable once the blueprint/discovery phase has commenced.
• Mid-Project Cancellations: If you choose to cancel a project before completion, you will be billed for all manufacturing hours and resources expended up to the date of cancellation. Any completed code or assets paid for up to that point will be handed over to you.

2. Pre-Packaged Services (WooCommerce Products)

• Audits & Wireframes (e.g., Technical SEO Audit, UI/UX Package): Once the audit or design work has been delivered, these items are 100% non-refundable.
• Setup Packages (e.g., E-Commerce Launchpad): Refunds are only available if requested before any setup or server configuration has begun.

3. Maintenance Retainers

Our “Keep the Lights On” maintenance plans are billed month-to-month. You may cancel your retainer at any time with a 14-day notice prior to your next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.
