Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

We want you to love your Goose MFG Limited purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, earrings, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
