1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing goosemfg.com or purchasing services from Goose MFG, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services and Deliverables

• Client Responsibilities: The timely completion of our digital assembly relies on you. Clients must provide necessary brand assets, copy, and approvals promptly. Goose MFG is not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of client communication.
• Revisions: Custom builds include a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in your project proposal. Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly engineering rate.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Ownership: Upon full and final payment, you own the final, deployed website or custom application.
• Our Rights: Goose MFG retains the right to use snippets of non-proprietary, open-source code and frameworks developed during the project for future builds. We also reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the build.

4. Limitation of Liability

Goose MFG engineers products to modern security and performance standards. However, we cannot guarantee that software will be completely error-free indefinitely, or immune to future third-party platform changes, browser updates, or cyber-attacks. Goose MFG shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goose MFG is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
